Generacion 2002

Off course not everyone is there.

My first year of high school was difficult. My mom sent me far away from my friends just because of safety. It wasn't fair.

The next year she put in a different high school and that was the best she could do.

Before I went there, the school was bad, out of control. Once I started to go there, it changed. Not because of me. There was a new principal and he changed the rules.

Any way I had good teachers, It was close home and some of my friends were there.

My favorite subjects were Biology and Math. The teachers were really good- just like you Natalia!! really. They love to entertain the class and made sure we learned something. The English education wasn't good, five years of the same!

High School was a little bit hard because we had to get ready for the big tests. Once in a while we had parties in some else's house. At the end of the year we used to plan trips with one of the teachers.

Then my classmates were great. we had paties everyonce in a while. There was something we did before we graduated. All the girls went to the guys house sang a song and pick them up in big truck. Once we took everyone we drove to a place where the girls will host the party. The guys had to do the same. It was very cool. We had to take big tests at the end of our last year. Once we were done we celebrated, since then I hate beer. Three weeks later I got the results. If I pass, I go to college but if I don't I have take the ones I fail. I remembered one of the teacher telling me " Do you want to carry the flag on the graduation day". I didn't understand. That meant I pass. No everyone pass those exams and I felt very happy because I was the first one on my family to graduate from high shool.

Some of the pictures Iwill post are from my friends. They recently had a party. I had wished I was there. :(

Thanks for explaining your high school! I really enjoyed reading about school in Costa Rica (especially because I have been to Costa Rica and it is one of my TOP FIVE favorite countries (I don't actually know what the other four are, but I know Costa Rica is one of the best!)
